Penultimate Glee.

So I guess I’m going to blog more about my personal life now, since that’s the whole point of having a blog in the first place…

I just finished watching the penultimate episode of Glee. Man, I’m really sad that this series is finally going to end. And especially because I can really relate to the episodes so well. I’m a senior and I’ve graduated. All those memories, the teachers, the friends and bonds. That one moment when you are finally “champions” after being the underdogs for so long.

I don’t really want to watch the final episode because I know it’ll make me so sad, because I’ve just experienced the same thing. I don’t have that PGSD (Post Graduation Stress Disorder) anymore, but it can come back anymore. Just like how I was obsessed with marching band after my final season was over.

But of course. High school is only a small fraction of my life. A small fraction with tremendous impact. The “Nationals” episode was so touching how everything just came together so perfectly. I never thought all the drama would end.

I guess I’ll finally see the conclusion once it’s out on Hulu.

So this new thing…

I don’t know why I always make posts at midnight, but I guess no one will be able to read them…

I got a new laptop! It’s a present (graduation and birthday) from my father. I think this is the best gift he’s ever given me, considering that he doesn’t give me much.

It’s this super neat ASUS U56E laptop. No clue how everything works. I bunch of stuff bug the heck out of me: speakers being on the bottom, now being able to control volume using a touchpad like my old computer, scrolling with two fingers. And now I have to transfer a bunch of stuff to this new laptop. Great…

But I love how quiet it is. I is pretty big… but at least it’s lightweight! Gonna be able to take this baby to college and get some shittake mushrooms done! Still gotta get used to it.

My very first *new* laptop. I’ve been waiting for this day since elementary school. *0*

“I’d imagine the whole world was one big machine. Machines never come with any extra parts, you know. They always come with the exact amount they need. So I figured, if the entire world was one big machine, I couldn’t be an extra part. I had to be here for some reason. And that means you have to be here for some reason, too” - Hugo (2011)

Hugo has been one of the greatest films I have ever watched. I don’t know why I delayed watching it until now. Beautiful cinematography, gorgeous actors, and a wonderfully inspiring message at the end.

So perhaps I, too have a purpose in this mechanical planet of ours. And I must never let my passions die.

A list of prints that I will be selling at upcoming summer conventions: Fanime (table location: T96), AM2, and Anime Expo.

To answer those who have been asking: I will have copies of my art book, Etchings, available for purchase! But I only have a limited quantity, so it is first come first serve.

There were quite a few more prints that I couldn’t fit in, but I will have them all at my table! It’s surprising how many different prints I’ve accumulated over the past five years of sellingㅎㅁㅎ;;

Hope to see some of you there!

Bought the “etchings” book and it’s amazing. *A*
Really inspired to continue to do more anime art.
